Need more pop up instructions. Had to google for answers that should have been included in tax program.

Turbo Tax was awful this year. I think I will use a different software next year. What happened? Used to b good.

I missed out on the enhanced deduction for seniors because it was not referenced in my return. I was not aware of it.

Been using it for many years and it is simply to work through. At this time, I wouldn't use anything else.

AMT confuses customer the software should be able to judge whether need to spend time to fill or not.

Turbo Tax did not ask us if we had filed for an extension and if so how much we paid toward our taxes then. That is pretty important information!

Turbo Tax is excellent on Federal Return but has very poor accuracy and very poor help on State Returns.
