I e-file my Federal and mail my state return. I am not willing to pay the state to reduce their clerical workload. If it becomes free I will e-file state. This year TurboTax made it awkward to do this, it was simpler in the past.

The help boxes, when clicked, are SO SMALL that's its very difficult to read. It would be helpful if you added note boxes with that in PLAIN ENGLISH for better understanding.

As usual, it is easy to use. I don't, however, like the new interface for valuing donations of clothing and household goods. I MUCH preferred the previous years' method which was much more intuitive! Please bring it back for 2026!!

I find TurboTax easy to use. My situation is relatively simple, and the instructions are pretty clear so that I had no trouble using it and did not need additional guidance.

poorest version of turbo tax in the last 20 years. Very easy to make a mistake and pay more than necessary. EG. What is the RMD when the question should be is there an RMD. Your 1099R may not be subject to RMD. This is one of many problems.

I was unhappy to find that I could not shift between TT online and TT desktop. Please try to make allow uploading a file worked on a laptop into TT online. I lost $15 due to this!

Very easy to follow and use. The steps are self explanatory and if you need help the information circles with the "I" always work and are easy to understand.

Didn't handle RMD QCD very well. I had to dig to find out why it didn't ask for the QCD information. Finally, went directly to form 1099-R and found the spot to enter the information. Good thing I knew that it was needed!

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and it provides an intuitive interface and guidance. I still appreciate the step-by-step guidance to ensure I've captured all my income and expenses, and it produces very accurate results.
