The ease of TurboTax is awesome. with the new overtime no tax was very easy to select and find. I've been using TurboTax for several years and we have always had a good experience.

IF YOU GO TOO FAR INTO THE STATE IT LOCKS YOU OUT FROM THE DETAILED ENTRY AND GETTING BACK IS A REAL PAIN. ALSO THE ESTIMATED TAX PAYMENT ANALYSIS APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN REMOVED. NOT GOOD.

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now. I have had very few problems with product. The help items have continued to improve with each release. This release appears to have very little problems.

Yes, I had a representative help me. It was Victoria and she was wonderful, very knowledgeable and very patience. Victoria is a keeper. I wish there was a way of getting her every time I needed help.

The working and directions are much more confusing than in the past when walking through the income and deductions sections. The investments imports were not clear at all.

Turbo Tax is very hard to use and at the end dont think your going to pay with your credit card for the state fee. It doesnt let you and then you end up taking it out of your refund. Two years in a row this has happened!! Not happy!

Rating is dropping from 5 stars to 2 star because TT2025 requires Windows 11. This is wholly unnecessary. We should not have to borrow a computer just for a simple software program.
