IT IS NOT AS SIMPLE AS IT WAS IN PREVIOUS YEARS. I AM TIRED OF NOT BEING ABLE TO USE MY ONE FREE STATE RETURN. I HAVE USED THIS FOR MANY YEARS AND THINK I MAY CHANGE THAT NEXT YEAR

the guidance Turo Tax has is great so nothing is missed. The accuracy of the program is unmatched. Been using for 10 years now. saves a lot of money over having the taxes done outside.

My return is pretty straigh-forward. Online product help and internet searches answered any questions I had this year. I did not need to purchase Expert support.

Shame on you, TurboTax for charging a $45 fee to download a second state, and then, still charging $25 more dollars to actually e-file that second state! I should have bought a stamp!

I have been using Turbo Tax for more years than I can count. The software use to be very user friendly. in the past 2 years not only the software is not user friendly it has become cumbersome.

I had what I thought might be a difficult tax situation this year due to the sale of an investment property in North Carolina. But TurboTax handled it all very easily and all my returns have been filed. Taxes paid too, unfortunately.

The help boxes, when clicked, are SO SMALL that's its very difficult to read. It would be helpful if you added note boxes with that in PLAIN ENGLISH for better understanding.

Frustrated that I had to use the additional copies of the program after updating the program. Turning off my antivirus software did not seem to help. the delay in providing the forms for depreciation is another reason I give less than 5 stars
