I have used TurboTax and MacinTax before it for at least 20 years. I have found the software to be relatively easy to use and understand. I encourage everyone to try it.

I appreciate knowing my returns are calculated accurately. I was briefly frustrated at the start by a confusing bit of information re; social security. It all came together in the end.

For some reason this morning, I feared I'd need to pay for a professional to prepare my taxes this year. Lucky for me, they weren't taking on new work at this time, because TurboTax was so easy and use (as it always has been).

I have been a Turbo Tax user for many years. I find the program easy to use. I haven't had an issue that was a result of the program over all these years.

Not as good as previous years. Too much begging to upgrade. In one section TT downloaded data from my brokers and then asked me to type in trades on a worksheet? Rediculous!!

I think the software is great. Having to pay $40 to efile the federal tax return should be free if you purchase the software and register it. At least for one return

TT did not ask me about entering my IP PIN despite being guided through the entire program and passing all your tax return review checks ! Hence, my return and state returns were rejected…going to a professional next year.

IT IS NOT AS SIMPLE AS IT WAS IN PREVIOUS YEARS. I AM TIRED OF NOT BEING ABLE TO USE MY ONE FREE STATE RETURN. I HAVE USED THIS FOR MANY YEARS AND THINK I MAY CHANGE THAT NEXT YEAR

Harder to use than past years. Not sure where one of my incomes was to be recorded. I thought Social Security was not to be taxed this year but yet I was taxed!
