I found it very annoying that turbo tax did not have a search button for input answers as where can i find my email address or where do i enter Star Credit ..that type assist would be helpful

I completely trust the accuracy. The guidance seemed more cumbersome than in the past. You ask for a password to something I don't recognize or have. A better explanation of that would be helpful.

Unable to file electronically due to AGI questions. Filing a joint return, we have an AGI on our 2024 1040, but Turbotax then asks for the AGI of each individual included on the return. No such value on the tax return.

Turbo Tax makes it so very easy to complete taxes without having to leave your home. I've been using the program for years and haven't had one single issue, everything has been accurate.

I e-file my Federal and mail my state return. I am not willing to pay the state to reduce their clerical workload. If it becomes free I will e-file state. This year TurboTax made it awkward to do this, it was simpler in the past.

We were disappointed in Turbo Tax adding fees to our return. We were going to file our UT state taxes electronically but kept getting fees added when trying to pay for it ($40 for paying for the $20 state fee).

I worked with TurboTax Supervisor Adam. He was helpful, intelligent and easy to work with. Easy to understand features. However, I really missed having the CD.
