it was easy and simple to use and very compatible with my laptop downloaded features. easy step by step guidance for everything to look at my w2 and the interface provided and how to use every box and step accurately

IF YOU GO TOO FAR INTO THE STATE IT LOCKS YOU OUT FROM THE DETAILED ENTRY AND GETTING BACK IS A REAL PAIN. ALSO THE ESTIMATED TAX PAYMENT ANALYSIS APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN REMOVED. NOT GOOD.

I have never interfaced with a human for hekp because the program has answered all of my question and its consistent user experience and ability to slef drive or be led through topics is exceptional,

I have found TurboTax valuable in the preparation of my Federal and State taxes for several years. I have never experienced a problem associated with the tax guidance.

Have used Turbo Tax more than 30 years and I think it's great. Have only had to call the assistance desk a couple of times in this time frame. I highly recommend Turbo Tax.

I have used Turbo Tax since it began. The push to online is disappointing. The inability to file for tax extension in the 2025 version will most likely be the last issue I deal with. Very sorry to need another method of doing our taxes in 2026.

Bring back the "It's Deductible" section to determine fair market value for Charitable donations. Add more financial companies to use the Import function instead of all the data entry needed.

I am not able to print a paper copy of tax forms. Printer gives an error message. Can down load to PDF. Print functions properly to print other jobs

I am a long time user of turbo tax. Was not happy when program would not import last years taxes from turbo tax. The other issue I had was I am not able to print copy of my tax return
