Our federal tax return was rejected by the IRS for not having an IP PIN. Your review process before filing did not tell us this was missing. Fire the 15 year olds coding your software and get someone with a fully developed brain.

Your website to manage updates, e-file, and receive feedback is abysmal. It never works. How can an IT service company have such a terrible website. The tax software itself is fine; everything else is crap.

Schedule B is required for filing 1040 if the combined amount for dividend and interest exceeds $1500. When I looked at the list of files for filing, Schedule B is missing even though it was more than the threshold amount.

Easy to use, very inclusive, very clear in what is needed. The Schedule B items are very difficult to go back to for a quick review. A list would be easier to get a good check.

Have been using Turbo Tax for several years. It has always provided guidance in a linear manner making the preparation of annual taxes relatively easy and providing comfort with accuracy and filing. Thank you!

The software dishonestly adds $45 at closing for an un-explained "Premium" service with no chance of declining that service or even an explanation of what that "Premium" service entails.

BIG ISSUE: Not being able to import last year's PDF saved tax filing into TurboTax 2025 caused an extra 80 minutes of input and verification of the data. How did your Information Technology team miss this?

The program seemed to run a little quicker and smoother this year. I do wish the State was just included in the price though to avoid the whole "purchase thing" one must do.

Once I finally got it installed it worked okay. But I feel the software is overpriced and keeps trying to sell me additional services while I am using it.

I like the way Turbo Tax does all the calculations for me and transfers the information to my state return. Turbo Tax also keeps up with the tax changes from year to year.
