I have used Turbo Tax for many years. It's easy to use and I'm always assured of accuracy and complete returns with no filing problems. Always up to date and secure.

Good overall. Federal return rejected and not explained well enough. What needed to be done to fix the error was not clear nor how to get to that error within the software. Federal IP PIN

Had a lot of problems with finding specific forms needed. Turbo Tax needs a box at the top to search for forms, not just the forms in the current filing.

I have used Intuit turbo tax for years and i think it is the best way to file my taxes. I feel it is Accuracy and easy to use. I am able to ask questions when i need help. Thank you for a great program.

I've used Turbo almost since day one. It has always been good. EXCEPT need to download every time I decide to work on taxes , could I have the option with a last enforced download just before filing?

For some reason this year it was more cumbersome filling out the forms and the fact that we had to pay for federal and still paying for state. I would think they would love having them filed this way!!

This version of turbotax 2025 is inferior to prior years. The font is too small and seems more cumbersome instead of easier. After 15+ years of using Turbotax this is my least favorite year of use.

After utilizing TurboTax successfully for decades, this was the worst year ever for completion, due to TurboTax software issues, downloading 1099-R forms from Edward Jones.
