I returned this item because it would randomly reboot while using and the audio cut out for a couple seconds at a time.

Great product! Plug and play, seriously! Connect through Bluetooth and uses WiFi signal. Doesn’t take up much space either.

It doesn't connect to my phone every time I get in the car I have to initiate not very happy about it

Easy to use. Plug in, connect, play. It has been disconnecting a bit more than I thought. Writing this review is two days after getting it.

It skips music every two or three days and you have to unplug and plug to make it work. Hard to find a good quality CarPlay adapter

Really convenient when it decides to work. I have an Android and it defaults to Apple Car Play every other time so I have to manually fix it, killing the whole convenience aspect

Switched my 2016 GMC Sierra over to this device and it's the best choice I have ever made for my infotainment system. Easy setup and faster than when I had to connect to my phone directly with a cable.

It’s good but I thought I was going to be able to use Netflix & other apps but I wasn’t able too. Sometimes it skips my songs on YouTube, not sure why that happens.
