I bought this Monster adaptor 18 May 25 and spent next two weeks atempting to hookup and work. My phone would make connection Android Auto perfectly but but the adaptor would switch to Apple Car Play and would not change to Android Auto no matter what I tried to change it. Called Monster for help offered RMA for return but as of 23 Jun 25 no RMA or offer to help solve problem. Returned item back to Sam's Club for return of purchase. Monster is not a good company stay away.

My daughter had a terrible time figuring out how this was supposed to work with her car. Finally, she just boxed it up and took it back

It skips music every two or three days and you have to unplug and plug to make it work. Hard to find a good quality CarPlay adapter

great item for my car no longer have to plug in my phone to the car. works great with my andriod and my husbands iphone

The worse product. The response time is 2 second after you clicked on the screen. I am fed up in 1 day. Not recommended at all.

When it works it works great. It’s probably not the unit’s fault but I think it has trouble integrating with some vehicle systems. It’s fine though
