It is a form of vitamin B3 and is great for skincare, especially aging skin, acne and discoloration. I used to suffer from Melasma so I need a product that will help diminish my hyperpigmentation. This moisturizer is thick, so a little big goes a long way and feels luxurious, like silk, on my skin. The scent is very very light and the moisturizer absorbs quickly and does not make my skin feel heavy, clogged or greasy. It works well when applied under my foundation and I have noticed smoother, more even, radiant skin with daily use. I highly recommend.
