It increases your circulation and works your muscles. If you have foot, ankle, calf pain you are definitely going to benefit from this machine! It appears to be well designed and engineered and comes about as close to a deep massage, with human hands, as you can get with a mechanical device. I would, highly, recommend it to anyone who needs to work out the kinks, in feet and calves, at the end of a hard work day on your feet.

The heat setting is good. The unit is very well made and sturdy. The covering is nice and with the flap down it looks like a piece of furniture. This makes great relief on my legs and feet, I recommend to anyone suffering from pain in their legs and joints. It is incredible and complete, massages and temperature changes. I can't say it works as well as I had hoped, but it definitely does help. It has a tilt feature so that it fits your calves correctly based on your size and angle of your legs, however it's still hard for me to get my legs in the exact position in the machine to massage my calves well. I wish it came up a little higher on my legs. As far as the foot massage goes, it will definitely massage your feet....but at times it can be quite painful. The instructions state that it can cause bruising, and this would not surprise me at all. There are 3 levels of massage and I have only used the first 2 levels, because level 2 hurts! I can't imagine what level 3 feels like! But, when your feet are in pain, this truly does help. It is fairly large to store, however, it has a cover that folds over it, which makes it look nicer. And I love that it has a washable liner! Three adults in my house have used this and 2 of us like it, and one person said it was too painful, even on the lowest setting. Personally, I would recommend it if you suffer from leg and foot pain.

After a long day of standing for 10+ hours at work on concrete I just look forward to coming home to this. There are 3 massage settings so you can find the one that feels good to you. The compressions are so great. There is a nice built in cover so it doesn't get dirty. It has a tilt feature so you can sit on your couch and kind of have you legs at a more comfortable angle. The heat feels great while using it and you have the option to not use it as well.

It is large enough to cover both my feet and the entire bottom portion of my legs from my knee down. It’s so great coming home from a long day and being able to sit on the couch and put my feet in this massager and let it just work out all the tension. It's for sure not your run of the mill, chain store massager. I can't even begin to tell you how highly impressed I (and every single person who has tried it) am with this thing. Let me walk you through this. Get yourself (or spouse/loved one) situated in a nice comfy seat, with the massager in front of you. If needed you can adjust/tilt it easily on the side to better position it. Once you have your feet in, you turn this bad boy on. There are three different buttons besides the power button that control the settings, and they are easy to use and access. The first controls the type of massage you want. You can choose between compression, rolling shiatsu, or a combination of both. The next controls heat/no heat. The last button is for the amount of pressure you would like. There are three options to choose from for that. I personally like a combination of both the compression and shiatsu, with heat on and the second pressure setting. Instantly my tension is relieved and I'm soooo much more relaxed, especially since this is all going down in the comfort of my own home, without having to pay spa prices every time I want an amazing foot massage! Not only that, but now I'm no longer being turned down when my husband is to tired, and my massage is no longer cut short due to hand cramps. I also would like to add another bonus feature. I'm really pleased that I am able to easily remove the fabric so it can be washed to help keep my massager clean and sanitary. If you haven't guessed already, I highly recommend this!
