It increases your circulation and works your muscles. If you have foot, ankle, calf pain you are definitely going to benefit from this machine! It appears to be well designed and engineered and comes about as close to a deep massage, with human hands, as you can get with a mechanical device. I would, highly, recommend it to anyone who needs to work out the kinks, in feet and calves, at the end of a hard work day on your feet.

So durable and easy to use the different settings are easy to understand and use as well. It warms up, rolls bottoms of feet and squeeze the calf and feet sheesh I be in heaven. The massager gave me great relief after a day at the mall with my daughter. The rolling pins on the bottom of the feet are the perfect amount of pressure to relieve the pain without tickling or hurting. I especially love the compression of the calves and the heat warmed my muscles up nicely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] really nice foot and calf massager. it fells like a real massage. the bottom of your feet feel like real thumbs pushing down all over them. there are 3 massage modes and 3 intensity settings to allow you to adjust each massage to your liking. it's so relaxing to just sit back in your favorite chair and have your calf and feet massaged.

The squeeze pressure is right on the spot not too hard or gentle. I wish there are individual options to massage foot or calf separately. The heating option is a bit too gentle to my liking but overall it's still the best food/calf massager we have!
