Absolute best invention ever! We have 3 cats and 2 Leo Loo’s. They all love using it. It is always fresh and clean and no bad smells!

this is my 6th leo loo 2 i have 6 cats and wow i cant rec ommend this highly enough. Ive had 4 of them for almost 2 years and i would buy again in a heartbeat. I f you hate scoopin this is for you

2 cats the oldest cat no problem but the youngest no way!!. Left it for 3 weeks with regular box to familiarize them but noone used it. When old box eliminated the oldest cat didn't mind the change. Youngest has currently had a #2 on bathroom rug then #1 on the expensive bedding. Then #2 again behind tv. He is not transitioning well when I hold him by the scruff he acts like he is frightened because it is so dark and closed off maybe..not sure he was a farm cat. Ideas this is a huge investment on my budget. ??Return or additional translation advise.

I purchased this in April 2025 and have only been able to use it for about 4 1/2months. I had problems with the cleaning cycle. It would not do a complete turn to empty the box. After several attempts they sent me a new bottom due to sensor issue. The inside of the drum where the litter lays is a soft "vinyl" that my cat scratch a hole in after using it. Now the whole inside of the drum droops down when it turns and I have been waiting for weeks for them to send a replacement. They said it's on backorder however they still have units on their site they are selling. This is an expensive investment so I would suggest getting something more dependable that will work and last. I am unable to return it since I wasted a lot of time just dealing with the company that sells them. I should have just returned to Sams club when it stopped working.
