This product is awesome. It works great and has clear instructions. I didn’t think I cared about syncing it to my phone with the app, but I actually really like that feature. The customer service is also phenomenal. I was having an trouble with poop getting on the sides and they told me what to do to fix it. (2 rotations per clean cycle) and also helped me find a better litter.

We’ve had our Leo loo too for a month now and we are loving it. Our two cats surprisingly took to it very quick. The app is also very easy to use and navigate. Only issue I had was when we were setting it up, our apartment has a two step thing to connect to wifi and in order to do it you need to put in the MAC address. To find the mac address you have to already have it connected and set up in the app which we couldn’t do. But we found if you set it up with hotspot then you can get the MAC address and connect it to the wifi. But other than that the litter box itself works great and our cats love it.

I was skeptical, but I will say I love this machine! I love that is sanitized the smell With the UV sterilization. We went away for a week and I was nervous that the tray would fill up, but it didn’t. The bags are a must! I have not cleaned it yet, so we’ll see how that goes. My only slightly negative comment would be the button being in the middle, my cat pressed it when she was jumping in. I highly recommend this!

My cat Lela and I love the Leo's Loo Too. It has simplified our lives. Setting up the Loo was relatively easy. Setting up the box no problem. Trying to pair the box to my phone was tricky. I have an android phone and it simply would not connect. I reached out to customer service. They were prompt with thier response and gave many helpful tips. In the end I used my boyfriends iphone and it paired within seconds. Getting my cat to transition to the new box was easy. Luckily that is one area she is not picky. I immediately took her old box away and after a fews days she got use to it. At first she was a little nervous especially when she saw the cleaning process. She quickly realized it was a safe space and she's been fine ever since. Funny enough I was cleaning the other day and accidentally turned the Loo off. My cat got annoyed and meowed up a storm letting me know her box was not clean. She has become accustomed to having clean litter every time she goes to the bathroom. The app that is provided is user friendly and helpful. I also love the fact that when I go out of town my it will be easier for others to care for my cat. No regrets with this purchase.

At first I was afraid that my cat wouldn’t use it but she loved it once she realized it wasn’t anything that would cause harm. She’s very shy and doesn’t always adjust well to new things. She transitioned into her new loo within two days. I’m really happy I didn’t have to make a return.

I did a lot of research before purchasing the Leo’s Loo Too. I’m so happy with my decision. It’s been a life changer! I literally don’t smell the cat waste at all, and we have 3 cats. I believe the disinfecting UV is what makes the difference. My cats love using the Loo. They also love watching it when it clean cycles! I definitely recommend this unit.

I have 2 cats and they took to it fairly quickly. I left their old one out for a few days and they prefer this one. Pretty simple to disassemble and clean, and the one time I interacted with customer service I was very impressed with how responsive and helpful they were.

Very nice! Game changer in terms of convenience and cleanliness. My cat adjusted within a day. He does sit and watch it clean itself when he is done with his business. Sometimes he will try to jump back in when he moves, but it immediately senses and stops. One thing is, I wish the bags were more tailored to the shape of the bin. Also when it is full (once a week), it does smell a bit. But so easy to use!

Okay so I love the design and that is easy to use, clean and set up. It helps with odors and it might look like the inside is small but it is actually a good size for our cats. The only issue I have with my Smarty Pear is the app and it will not connect on my phone. But otherwise it cleans up the litter really well and it has helped us save on litter.

I love the idea but there are some major flaws that impact my ability to love the machine. I have two Bengal cats. My older cat uses the machine without any issue; however, my one year old Bengal cannot leave it alone. Every time it goes into cleaning mode she runs to investigate and usually hops inside. This causes the machine to stop. Depending on which stage of cleaning it is in, it gives her access to the inside of the machine. In the few short weeks we have had it, she has managed to pull off two of the felt pieces from the inside. She also flings litter and solids out of the box in her pursuit to kill whatever is moving. The litter mat doesn't really help and it ends up being a disgusting mess. The inner tray does fill pretty quickly which is fine with me because it does start to smell fast. The quicker I change the bag, the less smell. The drawer doesn't shut well and is a pain to get just right. This was disappointing considering the cost. Overall it's ok, but I really wish I would have gone with something else.
