I don't normally write many reviews on items. That is, unless it is EXTREMELY good …or bad! In this case this stuff tastes HORRIBLE! I'm not a great pill taker, so through the years I have alternatively turned to many liquid forms of vitamins and supplements. I am willing to endure bad tastes to get the nutrients! With this though, I couldn't do it! I tried for 3 days with different amounts of water to see if that would change the taste enough to tolerate it!! NOPE!! It tastes like fruit flavored salt & baking soda! As far as it working and doing what it's intended to do, I have no knowledge.

It gives me energy, I take it first thing in the morning. I'm 44 , have 3 kids and 3 grandsons and people always say I don't look old enough to have kids that old.
