After there weeks I was having more energy, I was staying up till 3 am and able to wake up at 8 am, and wide awake and not tired or groggy. I no longer have the need to take a nap in the afternoon. I am just on my third month of using the capsules and multivitamin and the retinol cream and vitamin C serum but I look like I aged backwards.
