I have been taking it for a month and my skin is still looking bettter everyday. I am so pleased with the results so far. I have wanted to try it and I am glad I did. I hope that as I keep taking it my weight will also improve. It is to early to tell right now. I am so glad that I got my energy back. I was so tired of being so tired I didn't want to get out of bed. Now I am up at 6 and ready to go.
