Yet, from day one, I've had vivid dreams and wake up tired, which then lasts all day. But my biggest complaint is that i haven't noticed any improvement in my skin. In fact, I'm now dealing with cystic acne on my chin. I have not seen anything improve that this product said would. I'm disappointed because i had high hopes.

I thought I'd try Sero Vitol to boost my energy and help with my declining metabolism now that I'm in my late 60s. I've been taking it for 3days, as directed. I do take multiple other medications but took them later. Last night upon returning from dinner out with friends, I began having extreme diarrhea. So bad in fact it was uncontrollable. Never has this happened. Then I read the list of side effects and hundreds of other similar reviews. WOW! This stuff is going in the trash! I will count my losses and keep my health. Thankfully I only paid $63 not $99. Still thats a lot of money to throw away. This company needs to list the possible SE on the box or inside somewhere for the consumer. So disappointed.

I took these supplements years ago. I don't remember why I stopped. I think the new "Advanced" product threw me. Anyway, it's been years since I took this. I am looking forward to starting again! I remember feeling GOOD while I was taking this. I want to feel that way again.
