I have noticed that when I am able (have time!) to sleep, I do rest better; and I have a good bit more energy to spread out with my kids (14-35), and my grandkids (3-12). I've been keeping up with runs to the hospital, running youngest kids to and from school and work —plus helping my older daughter with her 2 little boys while she's been down with a broken foot!
