Everyone, from my doctors to my friends, very often remarks on my "youthful" appearance, and "lovely" skin. I made the mistake of dropping my regular monthly delivery about four months ago and rather quickly realized that my skin was bedoming a bit "sallow" and droopy once again. I would prolly keep taking them anyway if less to take! With all the other supplements one has to take daily this just adds way too much! Also the powder supplements don't taste that good.
