I purchased a 90 day supply and have not seen any results or felt any different yet but will wait until I finish the product to decide. When I come home, I don't eat or drink my coffee until ~3 hours after I take these 4 capsules. I know I'm following the directions, I just simply don't see any changes. Waste of money IMO.
