I loved this playset but it started rusting within a few months. It drips brown from the rust. It is rusting everywhere and it’s bad. Very disappointed.

We bought a Play Set from a store that was closing. It was the floor model and when they took it apart they broke the slide. I contacted customer service and they are sending out a new slide at no charge. Can’t wait to tell everyone I know.

After owning a wood playset, I purchased this one. It is so much better than what I had. Very sturdy! Great quality! It does take several people to assemble. My grandkids love it! They will be able to use this one for a long time.

Please inform your customers to use caution when threading the hardware during assembly. Bolts and nuts can easily be crossed threaded. Otherwise, assemble instructions were good.

I bought the swing set earlier this year - 2021 - but did not get it put together until November. One piece was missing. I called with the piece info and in a week or so had the replacement delivered to the house No Problem! Than you!!

We bought this for our kids last year. They love it and want to swing for hours. We also have a lot of neighbor kids that come and want to play on it as well

I just bought the adventure tower for my kids last week and they absolutely love it. It's well built and very sturdy and good quality. I paid the extra money for lifetime to assemble it and I'm glad I did their are a lot of pieces.

I bought this set last summer for my grandson and they have a blast on it...at picnis him and his friends eat their food on your kids lifetime picnic table that fits perfectly under it...

I purchased the Lifetime Adventure Tower in November of 2016. It is great. All the children just love it. It took two men, 2 days to put it together.
