I feel bad rating this with 1 star because I really give it a 4 overall. Except I want people to be away! My parents bought this set for the grandkids. My kids okay with it all the time. And have complained and cried when walking up or down the slide that it's hot! Well today when all the kids were playing my 2 year old nephew climbed up the slide and started screaming. We ran over to grab him off and to my horror the pads of his feet were raw. The slide burned his feet so bad! We ran him in and soaked them but decided he needed medical attention. He has 2nd degree burns on both feet! Had to be put under given morphine and had his feet scrapped and wrapped. He goes to the burn unit tomorrow! He can't walk for 4-6 weeks! Guys this is so so scary! And burns are nothing to mess around with. The saddest part is today's high was 77 degrees in Utah. The slide got that hot! Please please be cautious! Wet the slide wear pants. Don't let your babies get burned!!!

When assembling our playground we discovered some pieces that didn’t fit together properly. When we called for assistance, the technician was very knowledgeable and ready to help. When we came to the conclusion it was a manufacturing problem, the technician sent us a whole new part. We will definitely buy from you guys again

We have had this set since May 2014. I got it for my kids and grandkids. My 17 year old and her friends play on it. My 24 year old autistic sonenjoys his time on it as well. My 6 1/2 year old visually impaired (and short for her age) child loves it as well. She hasn't had any problems navigating the equipment since we did hand over hand to orient her. The 4 year old grandson has learned to move like a monkey at the zoo and we are shopping for a bucket infant/toddler swing for the 7 month old to start joining in the fun. Nothing takes the place of adult supervision and guidance. My oldest daughter and I put it together ourselves. It took a while since we had the help of my autistic son. It supports all sizes and needs of our household and even gives the teens (and adults) a place to get back in touch with their inner child. We bought this to accommodate his size as well as give room for the others to grow and play.

It has been a great source for play, imagination, fun with friends, and hours in the tower. I loved that it wasn't wood and it would withstand the elements without worrying about decay and someone getting hurt. I got a supplemental third swing and attached it where the rings are and it works great when we have multiple kids playing. Totally worth the money and the time to put it together. It is definitely a task to put together but with some organization and a few strong people it's doable.

We bought the tower for our grandchildren. We are thrilled with the purchase. I was suprised by the reviews stating that you need 3 or more people to build it. Not the case at all, it took me about 10 1/2 hours to build. 90% of which I did solo. My wife helped with some steps where another set of hands helped tightening bolts. The instructions were clear and you should take time to read them before starting. I also checked out some videos on YouTube which were helpful. The key is keeping the process orderly and not get overwhelmed with the instructions. It's just like reading a book, start at page one and proceed one page at a time. I would also like to mention the great support from Lifetime I experienced.There was one bracket missing from the boxes. I emailed the company and was pleasantly surprised with the response. The part was shipped out immediately and I had it in a few days. Overall we are pleased with the Tower and would recommend it. We also purchased a Lifetime Geo Dome. Same quality as the Tower.

I just completed assembling this playset for my four year old and she loves it! it is very study and seems to be made very well. the instructions were easy to follow. one piece was missing and customer service was very courteous and prompt in sending a replacement to me. we are so please with this playset!

We bought this a while ago and the children can't get enough of it!! We had to add extra runners in the ladder so as the 2 year old could also use it. The children love climbing up the top to watch the kangaroos grazing in the reserve behind us. The only issue we had is the slide holding heat ..... we live in Queensland Australia. ..... but a shade sail has rectified that.

The slide, rock climbing walls, swings, a huge tower with a play road/street on the floor. It is definitely a playset they will be able to grow into and use for many years. They're still a little too small for the monkey bars, but I'm positive this playset will still be in great shape when they're ready to try them! And though they love the swings, I like that the clips make it so we can switch them out for a baby swing or a nest swing later if we'd like. It's definitely comparable to a small park playground, but conveniently in our backyard! Assembly wasn't always easy, but it is very doable. The paper instructions are clear, but I recommend watching the YouTube assembly video simultaneously because it really does help. There were some steps that we struggled with, and after watching the guy in the video, we realized how we could get those steps done more easily. It's definitely a two person job, but my husband and I were able to get it done, and I'm not exactly tall or impressively strong. But we got it done over 3 days, maybe 16 hours total, with many breaks. It is worth mentioning that though the box comes with 2 allen wrenches, there's several tools that you need to have, so make sure to check that you have those or borrow from someone, because you need them for multiple parts of the assembly. The instructions do a good job of listing all of them at the very beginning. Overall though, this is an awesome playset, and it was worth the time it took to put it together!

It has all their favorite features from our local park, and it's now in our backyard! Rockwall, swings, slide, "secret base" thats two stories! They even have a little street on thr top floor to play cars on. Assembly was a little intimidating, but me and my husband did it over a two day span, with basic tools and no experience. They have a youtube video where you can watch someone build it step by step which helped a ton. My kids are very happy with it and it has enough different features to keep them occupied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lifetime Adventure Tower Deluxe is absolutely amazing!!! We received all of the boxes and parts within only a few days. Everything was nicely boxed and very easy to understand. There were paper instructions along with all of the digital resources such as videos and instruction booklets as well. With all of the combined resources the most novice of builders would be able to construct this play set. As for the building process, it took a couple hours in the evening for two days and then the majority of the third day to fully finish the build. For a novice such as myself this could have been done in one day if we worked from sun up to sun down. I would say there isn't anything difficult at all, but it is just a process to get everything done correctly. It definitely does require two people. Again, the work is not hard at all, but there are a lot of steps. Now that it is built i can say that the tower with the slide is my most favorite part of the play set. It is about 80% of the build, but is so versatile for the kids. I have 4 kids from age 7 to 2 and each of them love it. They love the captains wheel, the rock climbing wall, the windows below to play restaurant and store, and of course the the slide. This is where the time is spent for the most part and this is where their imagination can flourish. Lastly, the colors match the landscape perfectly and the material is such quality that it will withstand with desert weather here in Arizona for many years. This is such an exceptional product that I truly and honestly will recommend Lifetime for all of my family and friends playground needs.
