Box came in half ripped open, and looks water damaged, barely had to pull on the box and the whole thing came apart. I’m hoping there is nothing ripped cause my nieces birthday party is in two days and I wouldn’t be able to get a new one.

This is a great slide it has paid for itself in 2 days yhe kids love it its stong and ao fun i cant keep them off of it if ur searching my 13 yr old grandson plays on it with his younger siblings i cant believe how much they love it

Disappointed

We had used the bounce house a hand full of times in the 2 months we had it and were absolutely loving it. We had company coming over for the Fourth of July so we were going to set it up. But unfortunately, when we went to blow it up, the blower wouldn’t work. We tried the reset, nothing. We tried a different outlet, still nothing. Seems that the blower has died. Disappointed because like I said, the summer just begun and we only used it a few times.

Loved it but it ripped in less than a month

I bought this at the beginning of the month and my 3 boys absolutely loved it!!! We upgraded from the my first slide which we had for 2 years with NO issues except my boys just grew out of it. We were so excited for this one! problem is less than a month of having it it has a tear in the seam in the bounce house part! My boys are so upset and it’s practically unusable now.

It Was Great Until...

I'm so sad about this jumper. It was great until the seams ripped on the slide. My 6 year old and 8 year old daughters and my 7 year old niece would play on this. We got 3 uses out of it, and when we went to put it away this last time, we noticed the seam was ripped down the slide. For the price we paid, I would have expected to get more uses out of it. I wanted to replace it in the hope that maybe this was a defective one, but it's out of stock. Now I'm hoping they will accept it as a refund. It really was fantastic for the first 3 times

Awesome... better than a swing/play set

We had the smaller slide which lasted 3 summers and replaced with this one when that finally died. These are way better than seeing sets which don't get used on hot days... my grandson loves being out when it's hot and he's in the cool water. Fire early spring days or early fall days, thankfully we have hot water at our outside faucet, so he still uses it even then. We put it on a heavy tarp on the lawn and move it around ever day to keep the yard alive. So far, it's been a total of just over $500. Way cheaper than a play set and we're very close to a park if he wants that instead. Best Nana gift ever.
