Better than expected print quality and I love the ink wells! Epson ink (6 color) is awesome.

I bought this 11 days ago and the front print tray has stopped working and is making a clicking sound. Because of this error I’m unable to print anything.

I love the wide format for photos.  It's more challenging to setup than the ET-8500 - I finally did it on my own.  I had to call Epson on the 8550 after trying for a week on my own.  The quality and warranty are  wonderful features.  And, of course, the the ink tanks save a lot of money compared to ink cartridges.  The even have special ink for photos that doesn't fade over time.  The ultra wide format feature is really designed for a business.
Walmart had the best price.
