I purchased the Smart Wash PET Complete carpet cleaner after comparing the features with the BISSELL. The Hoover is easy to use and the results were better that the professional we hired the lady time we had our carpets cleaned. Traffic areas disappeared and the carpet color was brighter.

I bought this Hoover smartwash carpet cleaner about 1-2 months ago. I love it! It is so easy to use. Everything you need is right there. That way you don't have to keep starting and stopping. The only diffulty was getting my furniture out of my bedroom. It took no time at all to clean my carpet.like I said I love this carpet cleaner

I bought this carpet cleaner several months ago. I wanted to make sure I loved it before I posted anything. I am now able to say I am very happy with the cleaning power this cleaner has. It takes up all the stains my 2 pups leave even vomit from where one overate. I have never seen a cleaner do that

This is the best carpet cleaner I have ever used!! I don't know how I've gotten through life without it. I have three kids and two indoor cats, so they pretty much destroy my carpets. After buying and using this my carpets look like new; no lies! The spot treating stock is genius. The product is really well made and durable. Instructions were incredibly easy to follow. But most importantly, it has removed all the spots out of my carpet that I thought were now permanent! Ugh...I'm gushing, but I can't help it! I'm in love with my SmartWash PET Complete Automatic Carpet Cleaner!!

We purchased this about 3 weeks ago and have used it 4 times. We have an elder dog who has accidents now. This has been a God send. It cleans completely and I love the dry only feature. The stain wand is pretty awesome too. Only had 1 issue. When replacing the brush cover the springs came off. Took awhile to figure out how to fix it. Would be helpful if Hoover would include instructions on how to fix it. I spent 1.5 hours on it. If this hadn't happened I would have given it a 5 star rating. I haven't had any other problems with brush cover since.

This was by FAR the best product I have purchased all year! I have two dogs and one cat (and two kids) so our carpet gets dirty all the time! This was by far the best deep cleaner I have ever used before! It completely removed all of the stains, odor and pet hair from my carpet. My mother in law actually asked me if we had replaced the carpet! I would recommend this product to everyone even if you are not a pet owner! I will ONLY buy Hoover from now on!

I was skeptical about this rug cleaner. I have tried several over the years but they were cumbersome and left my carpets too wet, which took hours to dry. Mixing the cleaner with water and then if you mix too much it's money down the drain. The Smartwash was great. Carpets washed beautifully and dried quickly. I have two German Shepherds and it gets all the spots and leaves left my carpets smelling fresh and looking great. This is well worth the price

This carpet cleaner is worth every penny. Easy to setup, use and clean up. I really like the dry only button so you can dry the carpet after cleaning those heavy stains or high traffic areas. The solutions are great for those puppy mishaps and gets rid of the smell also. Best purchase I've made.

This carpet cleaner was even better than I had hoped. It is so easy to use and made our carpet look great. We have a welsh corgi so you know that there is a lot of hair and dirt but the carpet cleaned beautifully. It was better than an outside service and now we can afford to clean the carpet more often. We gladly recommend this cleaner. A good purchase.
