Tastes great, soft and good texture. It's expensive, but works well for histamine intolerance diet.

This is the best gluten-free bread I’ve had. I’ve been eating it for a while and have enjoyed it as toast, sandwiches and breadcrumbs.

Love everything Canyon Bakehouse makes. If your household need gluten free, then it's the way to go. I prefer the off the shelf "fresh" loaves but they also have other varieties that are frozen if you have freezer space. Excellent bread.

First time trying Gluten Free Bread. No previous Gluten Free Bread to compare. The slices are small. It is a bread that will need to be air tight to prevent losing it moisture.

The slices are tiny %26 the texture isn't great. I understand gluten-free products are more expensive to make %26 manufacture but the value is very disappointing for the size %26 taste of the product.

the bread was too dry the crust was very hard had to cut the crust off. normally this bread is very soft that's why I buy it. I would like a refund on these two however.
