I don't know what they've done but Canyon has gotten GOOD lately! It's so good that I'm eating it without toasting it. Literally just butter on a slice of bread and it's perfect.

When it comes to bread, I am picky. I love the taste of this bread. Since developing a wheat allergy finding good tasting gluten free bread that is reasonably priced has been a challenge.

I'm trying to cut some gluten from my diet, and this is the best gluten-free bread I've tried. It's the best bread, period. I'm a permanent customer !!!

Delicious gluten free white bread. It is the best for replacing regular white bread. It does not have any fiber, though. If you are looking to add more fiber in your diet, try the Schar brand. It is very good, too.

the texture was so dry that it was hard to actually taste it. for how experience it was I was expecting much more. I'll never buy this particular kind again. I might try the Hawaiian kind

one loaf was spoiled. it was dated for 1/31/2026 it had like a flour coating over it, when opened it looked like it was wet or something. we tasted a small bite not good

It doesn't taste like regular white bread, it's much, much better! Full of flavor both toasted or not, in a sandwich or plain. Such a cut above other GF breads, I have not been disappointed with any of the Canyon Bakehouse products.

I don't really like to get white Gluten free bread as it is not of the best quality for you. I have to eat gluten free products and this is one of them. The price is high for the small loaf you get.

The crust is as standard gluten free bead is. Otherwise the bread taste and texture when eating is the closest I have found to traditional white bread.

comes wrapped in an inner sealed bag, always fresh and soft, and great for toast. The loaf is smaller and the price is higher but if GF bread is a must this is a great option.
