Battery life is extremely disappointing. I know batteries are batteries, but in comparison to the Lowe's version that I purchased for a family member, this thing can just barely finish either the front or the back yard. This is not a large yard by any stretch of the imagination (3 bdr rancher). I cant even include the trimmer and blower clean up in that same charge. Believe me it is worth a bit more money if that is the case to get something a bit more higher end. Looking to get 2 (2!) more batteries just to be able to do the front and the back in the same day is already going to put me over that cost. I wish I was the returning type but I am not especially in the case of a used lawnmower. Additionally, even with two fully charged batts the mower is pretty weak, it'll shut down if there is any resistance from the grass.

I bought this equipment a month ago. The equipment works great, however, the battery life is too short, about 20 minutes, so to extend my cutting time I'd have to pay $200.00 for two replacement batteries from the Worx website. I didn't pay but $350 on sale for the lawn mower, blower, trimmer, and batteries with charging station! I now feel stuck cutting my lawn in spurts, as I will not pay that much for additional WA3674 batteries.

We are quite pleased with the quality and usefulness of the tool combo. Our one regret is not noticing the trimmer is NOT the Nitro model like the mower and the blower. It looks like one from the photos and snap pole but it is hard wired through the middle. This means you cannot use the other five interchangeable Nitro components on it. We were originally surprised by the excellent value proposition of the combo but the omission of the Nitro trimmer brings it back to reality. Truly a disappointment.

All items take 2 batteries. Only comes with two batteries. Batteries only last long enough to do under half of my lawn. Had to charge it, do less than half of my lawn, recharge, do almost the rest of the lawn, recharge, edge it, recharge it, blow it… 4 hours of down time to get my lawn taken care of isn’t going to cut it for me. I need to just be able to go and get it all done.

Batteries bad they can put a man on the moon but these batteries are like the other posters say horrible I just bought this and yes dead after 10-12 minutes it lets you know and huge disappointment jeepers i even fully charged these batteries with all the hype and tested on my meter and as advertised and as expected yup little life in these baby units glad i kept my gas mowers!

The product works great. The battery is the issue. My house is a corner lot, with uneven ground. I purchased because i did not want to deal with the gas version. The 1st time I mowed I was able to complete my front yard with the mower before the battery died. It takes about 3 hours to recharge battery to full! The charge time should be shorter. The 2nd time I mowed the grass was a lttle wet. Battery went dead half way through mowing front lawn. I check in to buying more batteries and it is not worth it, $100+ for 1 20v battery and you need 2 of them for the equipment to work! I took me 2 days to comete both front & back lawn. I will be returning

Everything works great, but the batteries are horrible. I have a small yard. Singke family home in an HOA neighborhood. I mowed the front area and 1 side of my house and the batteries died. Absolute garbage. I had to wait several hours just to get the batteries charged to edge/blow the front area. Do NOT buy this unless youre going to invest in more batteries and at that point you might as well get a higher quality product.

The most useless lawn mower ever. The batteries dont last 15mins. The temperature is too high for the batteries to put on charging right after use. It takes 5-6hrs for the battries to charge and run for another 15mins. Honestly it is not even a good quality. I rather use gas lawn mower and finish my yard in one go instead of playing with this toy.

I’m so disappointed with this product! The battery life is terrible. I cannot even mow a third of my small yard before the battery dies. The charged indicator is not reliable either. Plan on buying lots batteries to make this mower useful.

After the first time i used the mower, it no longer works. Batteries work with the trimmer and blower but the mower itself is broken after one use. What a waste of money, and I can't even return it. Would give no stars if possible
