These are the best tissues, in my opinion. I always stock up on them every winter. They are soft and durable. They don't make my nose raw after wiping. I use it every night to press upon my eyelids as I rotate my eyes around to spread the overnight ointment to keep my eyes moist (since Lasik my eyes are really dry). So it's important that the tissue I use is soft and absorb any residue that falls out.

With your 184 count we have no problems , but the 160 count thick absorbent sometimes has a scent to it that actually irritates me to the point of sneezing, and if I wipe my eyes with them it will actually irritate them to the point of tears.
