I switched to the Ultra soft tissue some time ago because it was softer than the Kleenex product I was using. I'm confused, since the company's response indicates they have not changed their product, but I've noticed recently, the tissues are not nearly as soft as they were. I have an older box in my car, and they're much softer than the tissues I've purchased recently. Sounds to me like management better start checking out the factory, because something is different.

I have serious sinus problems so I use a lot of kleenex ultra soft which I love. The last time you redesigned the box it no longer has the "box top for education" coupions. I save those for my grandchildren and would appreciate you reinstating them on the ultra soft boxes as they are on the regular tissues.

When you have a cold and keep needing to blow your nose, this brand will not leave your nose raw. I will continue to use this brand.

Kleenex is a staple in my house and I would sooner drive 30+ minutes with a runny nose to the nearest shop that stores Kleenex than use anything else on my face. One cold without Kleenex tissues and my nose was red, raw and flaky. Ill never make that mistake again!

I have 4 kids and fall weather is here which means it's time to stock up on cold medicine and tissue. Soft Tissue is always better for their little noses. Some brands fall apart but not Kleenex Ultra Soft. It was thick and durable but baby soft. I was very impressed with the quality and the box is very pretty. The pattern matches my decor great. Does what it’s meant to. Can use repeatedly over the course of a cold and it doesn’t rub your nose quite as raw. That being said, Kleenex is quite expensive and I’ve switched to using washable handkerchiefs because using these disposable Kleenex isn’t exactly good for the environment.

Kleenex tissues are soft & gentle on your nose but strong enough that you would only need one to take care of a stuffy nose. Where other tissues might fall apart faster & eventually dry out & scratch up your nose. If you're someone with allergies you gotta have some Kleenex scattered around your house. So buying a multipack is a good thing to do. *I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

We like Kleenex brand and had it around the house for 15+ years. If it weren’t for the hideous design of the boxes I would make this a 5 star review.  The boxes are so wild and ugly. I would much prefer something plain and if it has to have a design make it elegant and calm.   It’s stupid when you walk in a room and everything looks nice except for this bold, ugly tissue box. I hate how these look. Please!!!!!! Make them calmer they don’t match the average person’s tastes.

The square box has a cute colorful pattern, which is cheery and summery. The whole family approved! Our only gripe is that they don’t seem particularly ecofriendly - would prefer recycled pulp or bamboo.

I always have some around the house year round. They’re nice and thick which is especially nice when you’re sick and have to use them over and over. Decently priced too! The only thing I don’t like is the dusty fibers if you shake them it makes me sneeze! But I’m pretty sure all tosses do that. I’d say they’re a good choice
