Been buying the Ultra Soft Doux forever it seems. New boxes are ugly, but more importantly the quality seems not nearly as good as the prior version. While your response to other similar comments indicates that my experience is not typical, the number of people raising this issue seems to indicate my experience is typical of many others. We'll likely be shopping another brand.

Very soft and I like the craft ideas on the back. The lizard face made my nose blowing experience very lovely. My nose is often congested and Kleenex is always soft and nice. Also, my uncle works for proctor and gamble his name is Uncle J please give him a raise thanks

Kleenex is iconic and frankly my preferred brand. That being said, they could stand to improve a couple of things with the boutique boxes. The first is that it can be difficult to get tissues out without ripping them apart. The second isn’t just an issue with the boutique boxes, but all boxes - the tissues are way too thin. I often need to use two or three together, folded in half, to keep from soaking through them when sneezing or blowing my nose. Otherwise, these are great!

It is so pillowy soft and even gentle enough to use on my toddler.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kleenex Ultra Soft tissues are soft and strong as advertised! I have horrible allergies, so i always keep Kleenex's on hand. For a non lotion tissue they are the softest I have ever used. They are very strong and absorbent.

I have used kleenex brand 3 ply tissue for as long as i can remember, I can't tell you how disappointed I am with your product currently. Your 3 ply now feels like 1 ply. I need 2 tissue now for effectiveness. Not only do I feel the quality has dropped, but you also joined the ban wagon on "shrinkflation". I only get 60 sheets now verses 65. This doesn't leave me too many reasons for continuing with your brand. Sad to say good bye after some 40 years of use.

I also used them in taking off my eye makeup and they were strong and felt nice on my eyes. I received the product for free to try and I would definitely buy these in the future.

For years I’ve purchased the ultra soft Kleenex brand tissues. Recently, the quality of every box I’ve used compares to the most cheapest quality tissues on the market. I’m disappointed in this Kleenex product and have purchased another brand for comparison. What is going on here?
