I have been a 20 year+ loyal Kleenex buyer because I have year-round allergies. The Ultra Soft Doux we're the best. For some months now, I have noticed the Ultra Soft product line is much rougher. I was happy to find a good box recently and realized that it was just because it was an older one at the bottom of my storage cabinet. Something changed!! Now buying Puffs but don't really like them much either.

Just in time too, everyone in my household was suffering from a cold so we really put them to the test! They were so soft that I no worries of ending up with a chapped or irritated nose but strong enough to hold up to the ickiest sneezes. Definitely a great product!

I switched to the Ultra soft tissue some time ago because it was softer than the Kleenex product I was using. I'm confused, since the company's response indicates they have not changed their product, but I've noticed recently, the tissues are not nearly as soft as they were. I have an older box in my car, and they're much softer than the tissues I've purchased recently. Sounds to me like management better start checking out the factory, because something is different.

I watched a movie with a sad ending and cried my eyes out and these worked great. Just one tissue absorbed so many tears! They're really thick and soft and really great quality.

These tissues are so soft and comfy to use, the perfect thing for sniffles and sneezes. Every since doing lateral flow tests regularly my nose has been a little sore, but these are always lovely and gentle to use. They're also strong! I find I use a lot more of the cheaper ones because they just fall apart, making these better value for money. I also appreciate that the box is cute and small, doesn't take up much room!

They are great for a runny nose or even watery eyes, as they are soft, gentle, yet strong at the same time. I also really like that the tissues are dye-free and have no added fragrance. I want to tell you how very disappointed I am since you have stopped manufacturing the gorgeous package designs I am so fond of using as a decorative accent . Although I appreciate the fact that you are using recycled paper, the art is gone, the surface tactile quality is gone, the oval high gloss and reflective holiday designs are gone. Why? too much $$ for us, or more profit for you? There is an audience of shoppers who have paid and would continue to pay for quality and beauty. Your last several months products are UGLY, boring, tacky and is making me look elsewhere.
