What happened to the softness of your tissues. I've purchased your products from Costco for years and was very disappointed with my recent purchase. The tissues are noticeably rough from the first touch out of the box and as you can imagine on my nose. Very disappointed.

I usually buy Kleenex's Everyday tissues and am happy with them. But the store was out of them so I purchased the Ultra Soft ones. They are soft but they are thicker than I would like. My problem is the tissues have a bad odor. The odor is offensive so I won't be using these tissues. Too bad I bought a 4 pack of these stinky tissues. Why would someone make tissues that smell bad?

My husband likes tissues with lotion which always cause me irritation, so I actually buy these Kleenex Ultra Soft tissues for myself and my kids. They hold up when we are sick. I gota be honest and say I don't see or feel anything different nor special with this product than all other past tissues. It's soft and is tough for a cold blowout. It's fine and does what it needs to do.

Ive had my normal fall/winter colds and sinus issues so it was perfect timing to try something different. It's soft and doesnt tear and didnt make my nose raw from using it so much. You only need one tissue as opposed to a couple like the store brand so the price is worth it.

These are my go to when I buy tissues. The packaging is unique andI especially like the Kleenex with Aloe or Kleenex with Vicks when our family has a cold. I have tried other brands to save money and I am left with chaffing and an extremely red nose.
