I am a retired CPA, whose specialty was preparing taxes for individuals, small and medium size businesses using professional ta software. Turbo tax is intuative and easy to use.

I've used Turbotax for decades. Preparation of my complex return was pretty easy. Turbotax allows enough flexibility to easily modify any entries that need correction.

All is very good and easy to follow (most of the time). However, for the second year I was not able to transfer my data from a previous year to my new return. I have used Turbo Tax since 2013, and it has been great except for this transfer glitch.

The ability to pay to file state by credit card does not work and didn't work last year. Form 1095 A was not part of the interview this year or last year. My refund was rejected.

Check for Updates should happen throughout the data entry and filing process. Having e-filing fail because an update is missed is a BIG LET DOWN!! Now reconsidering using TT for 2026...

It's full of bugs and can't do what it claims. The "Live Tax Advice" is worse than useless, it wastes your time as well as your money. I hope to find another product next year.

This year's version does not seem as user friendly as in year's past, but the Easy-Step feature is complete and easy to understand. There are better "Forms" options and printing options. Will use TurboTax again next year.

I'v been using turbotax since as long as I can remember. I used the regular turbotax and now that my circumstances have changed I am using the premier turbotax. I wouldn't use any other program to do my taxes.

Overall I like TurboTax. However, after filling out data and then later finding an error, it takes an act of Congress to find and return to the page where the data was entered.

Very difficult to enter expiration month in credit card payment for e-filing. I can't scroll down to month number 12. I had to use a different card with July (07) expiration month. I can't believe that this QA issue was not addressed up to now.
