I've been using turbo tax for many years. It's easy fast and accurate.

Turbo tax is fast and easy

Easy to use. Walks you through all the steps and runs an audit review to ensure nothing is missed.

Easy to use

Form 4684 is non-compliant. After about 6 hours and at least that many different calls, I was told that E-Filling isn't available if using that form if loss is due to Ponzi. 

This will be my last year with TurboTax. 

If you can't support better than that, I'll go elsewhere

TurboTax id flawed

It's overall really good but I think you have some bugs in the health insurance questionnaire section when you click months not insured.  Look into that.  I've seen complaints online about that from others too.
Additionally, you were unclear in the IRA contributions section.  I'm not sure why TT said not to enter the contributed amount that was on my W2 saying you already deducted it from my income on the appropriate form. No you didn't.  I had to input it manually myself.
