TurboTax makes the complicated task of doing my taxes bearable. I love the built-in flags that help me fix errors.

ease of use, I have used Turbo tax since the 1980's when it was on floppy discs and it still a good product. so far I have not been disappointed

Tell us the submit count of tax returns that have been filed on the first efile menue -- so we know how to proceed. I have a large family.

I am giving a 4 for now. This is the first time I've used Turbo Tax to file. I guess we'll know have a final review after filing.

We love Turbo Tax and used for so many years. The software is user friendly and provide sufficient help to tax payers.

It's a total pain at this point and it feels like I'm using software from 2002. This will be the last year I use turbotax.

Better than in previous years, although too many errors that I have to go back and correct. I've been a user since 1994.

Very good product, easy to download and easy to use. I like it much better than the previous ones from years ago.

Error "tax summary itemref is marked as estimated" but no way to find the error or estimated value. None of the forms showed an error either
