Liked the prior year's input forms better especially for interest, dividends & stock sales and gains

i wish turbo tax was still available in CD form because my elderly parents use turbotax and they don't know how to download programs off from online

I have used TurboTax for many years and the product is excellent. Easy to navigate and makes filing painless.

ease of use, I have used Turbo tax since the 1980's when it was on floppy discs and it still a good product. so far I have not been disappointed

I have $10 credit for CA state e-file. However, when I paid it, the turbo tax did not credit to me.

WAY Too much redundant data entry! Why can't you just keep the info and transfer it where needed?!??

I wouldn't dream of doing my taxes without TurboTax. I have used it for years and, unless something changes, I'll keep using it.

Charge too much; ala carte too many services; unable to handle efiling an amendment (even though you said you could)

We always use TurboTax. This year we were audited, but the Tax Audit professionals took care of us!
