Your software sucks! Not to mention insanely slow. The search button no longer lets you jump to any pages. You have no place to put a 1099-PATR. Horrible software! DO better!

I could not pay for efiling with my VISA online due to glitch in TurboTax. I had to call a service rep to complete the purchase. The service rep was having issues too. It took a long while. I hope the state (CA) accepts the efile.

Experience is as expected. When i went to pay for the state filing, I was told that I would receive a $10 store club credit. However, the full $25 was taken from my credit card. Very disappointed.

Perhaps as filing has become more difficult with new laws, and exclusions or additions; it has become a bit more stress provoking working thru the grind of itemization.

Doesn't transfer federal rental property income data to non- residence state income tax form. Poor in handling other deduction in K-1 form, keep asking to enter amount in appropriate line

Too many errors. Lots of loops to get stuck in. Unhelpful filing rejected return, program did not accept corrections. Too much pushing of unneccessary products.
