Couldn't update

I was not able to update TurboTax with the most recent version. I tried twice, but each time it did not succeed.

Will always promote Turbo Tax

Did not rate a five, only because it seemed the default usage was via "on-line" where as my preference is local. This default created confusion.

fees

Why is there a fee for State tax return for 25.00 plus a 40.00 fee. It says I get one in state filling free.

Turbo Tax could not fix Illinois printing issue.

I worked with Lori Jeanne who was wonderful but Turbo Tax software engineers could not resolve the Illinois IL-1040 printing of attachments issue.

Error "tax summary itemref is marked as estimated" but no way to find the error or estimated value. None of the forms showed an error either
