I have used Turbo Tax for many years.  It is so easy to navigate.

I have not needed a tax consultant.  Everything I'm able to work thru on my own.

some of the things are not clear and not sure how to use AI help on subject matter form and item

SHADY PRACTICE OF ADDING EXTRAS NOT WANTED, NEEDED, OR SELECTED WHEN E-FILING AS WELL A SHADY BUSINES PRACTICE TRYIGNT O GET CONSENT TO SHARE DATA MULITPLE TIMES THROUGHOUT TAX PREPARATION PROCESS. SHOULD BE ASHAMED AND HOPE THE GOVT COOKS YOU SOME DAY FOR IT!

TURBO IS DISHONEST AND SHADY!

TurboTax gets the job done. I have some complexities like K-1s that raise topics that aren't fully covered in the TT Home & Business product but it gets me close enough to find other answers myself. It also makes it easy to cover my wife's small business. I have used the product for years and am comfortable with the user interface and process for completing my return. I will continue using this product in the future.
