Turbo Tax has been my seamless advisor for over 20 years. The internal advisor that's available has provided excellent advice when I need clarity on a specific topic. I can't imagine using any other tax software package.

This is my first year filing with TurboTax. Desktop has easy to use features and is compatible with Mac. However, I needed to ask for help in finding forms and how to update them.

Help is awful. Navigation is clunky. Quick find of ways to edit a number, or source for calcuations are confusing. Need better explanation of how some calculations are made.

October 1st and trying to finalize my return. I could not get past the File/File Return/Pay screen without bombing multiple times. Unfortunately a product that can't perform this late in the tax season is VERY poor.

Nicely interfaces with other sites, moves easily from section to section without forgetting where to return to. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use. Very thorough in looking at all opportunities for income and deductions.

I being using turbo tax for many years. Thank you for taking me step to step questions to complete my income tax. only one question. It didn't ask me how much I paid for an extension time.

Too many errors. Lots of loops to get stuck in. Unhelpful filing rejected return, program did not accept corrections. Too much pushing of unneccessary products.

Turbotax has always made it very quick and simple for me to submit all of my returns which are multiple state and complex. Couldn't be happier. I have saved a lot of money doing so.

I have been using Turbo Tax since 1991 and have no complaints what so ever. It has been easy to use for personal, business, ranch, investments, multiple States, etc.
