Had trouble moving between desktop and on line; had trouble filing for sending a check vs. paying on line.

i am using turbo tax about 7- 8 years and i feel so confident. it walks me through everything. we love and trust turbo tax,

TurboTax does not have form 8997 and does not make it easy to find out how to determine estimated tax payments for the next year.

stop trying to upsell me a bunch of other stuff i dont want and then asking why didnt i do this. i do this on taxes because its cheap and fast

Great experience! Only issue was that it does not return you to the page where you left off, makes it difficult!

I've used Turbo Tax desktop for 13 years. I like it. Electronic filing speeds up the process including getting my return.

Software works fine. I've been using TurboTax for years and I don't really see any major improvements being made.

After at least a dozen years of using Turbo Tax, I was very disappointed that you have dropped the "Its Deductible" portion of your product.

Very efficient. Helpful. Accurate. Very easy to use. Does nothv some forms from your state to print out.
