This is my first year filing with TurboTax. Desktop has easy to use features and is compatible with Mac. However, I needed to ask for help in finding forms and how to update them.

I Love Turbo Tax for my home and small business. It's accurate, compatible, and the features are detailed. I've used them for approx. 5 years now and will again. Thank you Turbo Tax

not ready for prime time; for being number one on the market - you sure aren't very good; too many darn glitches and so many places you wasted hours of my time.

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. I am happy with the results. I believe Turbo Tax should be able to file my State taxes even if I have a MO-Tax credit for paying self-employed health insurance.

Filed several years of back taxes, no issues accessing, calculating, or filing prior year returns. Then, once done, importing the data over to following year, and continuing on. Seamless, hassle free... Thank you!

Not good to keep us informed about standard deduction. We had a difficult time separating the deductions for business. Not clearly marked what page we were on.

I have been using Turbo Tax since 1991 and have no complaints what so ever. It has been easy to use for personal, business, ranch, investments, multiple States, etc.

Sometimes the final filing and printing steps get a little confused. Program is thorough and does a good job of pulling data from previous returns. Be sure to keep copies of all communications and receipts.

Experience was similar to previous years except the access to supporting details forms did not work for detailing dividends from US treasury sources. I had to go into the "forms" to get the pop-up supporting details to work. Very inconvenient.

They tell you that you get one FREE state return submittal. However, when it comes time to submit the one state return they charge you. FALSE advertising. I'll just go to the State filing website ad submit there! It is a VERY simple return.
