Very Good Features, Compatability, Accuracy, interface, Reporting!

I've been using Intuit TurboTax program products for many years, and I can truly say it's one of the better or the best product program on the market and at a reasonable price. I'm a long time past and future customer.

Didn't at apply my $10 credit to the state charge. The state charge of $25 is ridiculously high. The roundabout way calculations are made and the number of forms generated makes it appear more complicated than it is.

Check for Updates should happen throughout the data entry and filing process. Having e-filing fail because an update is missed is a BIG LET DOWN!! Now reconsidering using TT for 2026...

There were 2 confusing aspects this year. I am a Turbotax Advantage member, and purchased the desktop version. But when I opened the Turbotax, there was the confusing online option. I did not know what the difference was, and which to choose. Finally when I had to speak to a tax advisor, he explained since I had already purchased the desktop version, that was what I should use. But how was I to know that???? The second snafu, which he also helped me with, was that I changed computers from Windows last year to Mac this year. The Mac version does not prompt me to save my file when signing off, as the windows version does. So I had to start over several times until he told me to go to File, and click save. Again, how was I to know that??? Finally, I was never able to transfer last years return because of my switch from Windows to Mac.I think the advisor's name was David, and he was very good in helping me.

It was more difficult to use this year than for 2024

Accuracy and easy to user. Been using it for years.

Easy to use. But I don't appreciate having to write.

Turbo Tax is easy to follow and is very intuitive.

Of course I like Turbo Tax but I'm not happy the fair market value tool was not available for my charitable donations. That has always been a big help. I had to jump through hoops to get all those values this time.
