TURBO TAX IS VERY EASY TO FOLLOW UP I LOVE IT. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO KNOW THE PROGRAM IT CAN EXPLAIN IN THE BEST WAY.

She was very patient and very helpful. I couldn't find the website and she had me uninstall and reinstall the program .

TurboTax is thorough, it is simple to transfer previous years taxes, and the step-by-step instructions makes imputing the data quick and easy.

Finding some areas were not easy to find. The changes to deduction value made it more difficult to find values.

This year my return was straightforward with no complications such as sales, inheritances, transfers, etc.

I have used TurboTax since 1993. It is easy to use and it processes the federal and state tax returns accurately.

Why the software was easy to use, I was unhappy with the fact that both the IRS and state came back to me to say my returns were incorrect.

Overall great experience as always. The only feedback is that you should have option to print from Forms section or view.

when I try to print W-2 forms for my employees it shows up as 2024 instead of 2025 and I just purchased turbo tax!
