Turbo Tax walked me through everything. Fastest return ever. Checked for mistakes, made suggestions, etc. Overall great experience.

Turbo Tax is easy to use. If you need to understand something, most sections provide an explanation. You just have to click on the question mark.

Very easy to follow. However I would like the ability to do 10 e-files instead of just 5. I end up doing all of the family's.
