We've only had the set for about a month but I helped our friend who is an engineer, put it together. It took him 20 hours with my help. Our 9 grandchildren ages 8 down to 1 year love it. The instructions were clear for the most part. There were 2 bags of extra screws that we would have used if we knew they were extra. It would have saved us a trip to the hardware store; Had a few cross threaded screws. It's very solidly built and good ground supports. A friend is already looking to buy one after seeing ours.

All together took about 4-5 hours to put it up, including time to level the ground, etc. The kiddos are loving it and appears that it will hold up to the NW elements much better than our neighbors rotting wood playset

We bought this swing set in 2011 and it is still standing tall 5 years later! It has survived a nearby tornado and a hurricane in South Louisiana. It was flipped over on its side and turned 180 degrees in BOTH storms and we pulled it back up in ONE PIECE! All of the wooden playsets in our neighborhood were torn to shreds! If you want to invest your money in a playset ONCE and only ONCE, this is the one for you! It will outlast your kids! Very pleased! The customer service and warranty service is second to none!! I have dealt with the Lifetime team on this swingset (for a replacement swing seat under warranty) and on my basketball goal (hubby ran over it with his truck and we needed a new pole) and both times it was a very pleasant experience!!

When we opened it to assemble, we had the wrong swing set. The employees were very helpful in helping us find out purchase even though we didn’t have a receipt. It took a lot of extra work but they were willing to do it to get us the correct set. I appreciate a company with integrity. My kids love the new playset!

I purchased and installed this set in 2011 it has been played with by my three boys and their friends consistently over the last three years and hasn't faded or had problems! The chalk board warped in the heat and we noticed a crack starting in the slide this year but we're talking major heat fluctuations and years of major play time abuse. I'd highly recommend this set and would install it again!!

We purchased a Shed, Play center and a Basketball hoop from lifetime for Christmas. WOW is this stuff cool. Now that it is all set up it is amazing. Their support for putting this stuff together is awesome. I broke a couple of bolts getting to aggressive with them and they promptly sent me new ones to replace them. Fast.. Love this company. Worth every penny.

I bought this 6 years ago and it has held up wonderfully. My kids and their friends still play on it all of the time, even my 12 yr old. It's very durable, as kids have climbed all over it. The only thing we have broken is the clear plastic on the binoculars. And that is after LOTS of wear. I'm so glad we bought this instead of the wooden ones where kids would get splinters.

We bought the bundle package for our preschool age group at church to include the picnic table, toddler swing. It was just what we thought it would be, great color (earthtone), quality and over all assembly was as expected. Climbing gear was a little scratched up when received.

We bought this as a longterm gift for our three grandchildren who are now 3, 2 and almost 1. They love it now and I think it will last until the 3 year old is a teenager. Very sturdy construction and built to last. I'm sure it will outlast the wooden playsets that I considered during my shopping research!
