Bought playset and a few parts were damaged. Sarah was awesome and got the replacements on the way ASAP.

After a while, the chains on the swings began to rust. Lifetime has shipped replacements that should arrive next week! Very nice of them.

Bought this set for 3 grandsons. Sturdy, many fun features. Hope to get many years of use out of it.

overall not to bad to assemble . The metal tubing is not that thick of a gauge . Would of been perfect if it was 1mm to 2mm thicker
