I've used this to help mix my cake batters and frostings with ease. It blends evenly, better than any I've had. The whip attachment makes the fluffiest toppings and cookies I've done in a long time. It is simple to clean and it looks great even if I leave it out- it is very stylish for cookware!

I have problem when doing bread and like 2 or even 3 cups of flour the big bowl is very big and the beater doesn’t touch the bottom, and for the small bowl that comes with it, it doesn’t have beater. It drives me crazy for this reason

I had been using a different brand stand mixer for years and had no idea what I was missing out on or how much better the KitchenAid brand is. It’s like going from Chevy to a Rolls Royce; there’s just no comparison in the quality. This thing is a power horse and can handle the thickest dough without slowing down at all. I whipped up a batch of whipped cream almost as quickly as opening a container of store bought stuff, and it tasted so much better. I joined a FB group for sharing KitchenAid mixer recipes and found so many things I can’t wait to try…I haven’t been this excited about cooking in years! I love the blue color of this mixer; it’s a cheerful, robin egg blue and brightens up my kitchen. I wasn’t sure if I would like how the bowl raises/lowers instead of having a tilt head, but I found I like it even better. I think it makes the mixer feel more sturdy and I can see inside the bowl better. I can’t wait to start buying some attachments for it and was shocked to see just how many different options there are. From pasta, to meat, to ice cream - you can do almost anything with this mixer! The attachments seem like half the fun and my Christmas list will probably never be without one from now on. If you’ve been thinking about investing in a KitchenAid stand mixer, stop thinking and just do it! Nothing else even comes close and I wish I had gotten one years ago.

My daughters gave me this KitchenAid for a Christmas gift. I was so excited to get it. I have been using this appliance ever since.

I originally had used the tilt head and I prefer how much easier it is to access the bowl with a tilt head. But I’m trying to get used to the lift head and I wanted a stronger power motor! The matte black is beautiful. It scratches easily. I accidentally scratched my 30 minutes after taking it out of the box with the bowl…oops! So far it is working well but I wish the attachments were so expensive. I’m also struggling to find attachments and extra bowls for my size.

I use my Aid to: make bread, cakes, candies and frostings. I also use my Kitchen Aid to prep vegetables for canning and to grind meats for sausage. I can survive happily without a lot of things,but not my Kitchen Aid and attachments!🎉

I enjoy the dual size bowls that were included. The smaller size bowl is very handy to have and I find myself using it more often than I thought I would. The gorgeous blue color gives a nice pop of color to my neutral kitchen. All the attachments were very easy to change and clean.

I have arthritic hands, so this mixer is a lifesaver. You can even use it to shred chicken for tacos! Love how it comes with 2 stainless steel bowls,5.5 and 3 quart, along with different attachments. It took a while to learn just how to handle the bowl on this type mixer but no problems. I did purchase several accessories that go with this mixer since it was on sale for such a great price because I plan for this mixer being used for a lot of things and for a long time.

This one has a 3 point locking bowl which provides additional stability for mixing heavy dense ingredients. There are 11 different speed adjustments so it is easy to control from high speed to low speed. We have been using it for kneading, mixing, shredding as part of our daily cooking chores. There are 10 additional mixer attachments that helps with experimenting new items like pasta, burgers and then ice cream. My cooking time in the kitchen has certainly been optimized and not I cannot live without it. A must have for every mom and dad who spends a good portion of their time on cooking on a recurring basis.
