Made a double batch of bread and no problem kneading for 10 minutes! The bowls and whisk in 2 sizes are an excellent addition. I researched this across multiple forms and hands down the best price was Sam’s Club! Recommend by me.

I purchased this KitchenAid Mixer as a backup for the 2 I already have. I'm an in-home baker & use my mixer quite often. One that I currently use was my Moms and is probably over 30 years old, but still works great. KitchenAid is a brand that you can trust and will last for a very long time if treated well.

It is excellent, I used it during the Holidays to do the food and bakery. Everything work very well and smooth. Easy to use and all the extra parts were perfect to work with them. I am happy with my purchased.

I have an older kitchen aid mixer that I love but, it’s old and on its last leg. This new one feels less durable all the way around. The bowls are not as sturdy. The handles are not as thick as my others and almost hurts to pick it up full. I purchased a pasta attachment and the mixer got very hot just a few minutes into making the pasta. The snapper to secure the bowl to the mixer is also not great. The lift bar I don’t like at all. I’d rather left the mixer top itself like the older ones have.

Bought 1st one for my daughter's graduation present. Ran for about 5 minutes before it died. Returned and exchanged for new one. The 2nd one ran for about 7 minutes before it died. Returning tomorrow and getting my money back. Not worth it. I have a 20 yr old model that works like a champ. Had to finish with it both times the new ones died. Gave 1 star because it did not allow 0 stars.

It worked for two recipes. I am returning. It just stopped in the middle of the second recipe I was making. So disappointing. I will be returning to club tomorrow. Too much money and it's a necessary piece of equipment in my kitchen. I have one in another location that we have had for over 8 years. I love it. This was unexpected. I am also not really a fan of the bowl lift. I prefer my tilt......

If i could give it negative stars, I would. I got it home, set it up, tested it, put some butter and sugar in it with the paddle attachment for cookie dough, turned it on to stir, and the paddle barely spun twice before it burned up and quit...dead. Sarted researching and found out they started making the unit with a smaller motor and plastic mechanical parts in 2024. I feel complete defrauded that I spent hard earned money on a lie. KitchenAid isnt the high end brand of Whirlpool anymore. They have gone to the dark side. If they're going to make and sell cheap garbage then the regular price needs to reflect cheap garbage, and they need to clearly disclose that you are not purchasing the reliable workhorse that you have grown to trust. It was only then that I started reading the reviews and realized that this same thing happened to way too many others. The good reviews were mostly from people who dont need a heavy duty tool and are happy becaue it looks pretty on their counter. Shame on KitchenAid for scamming all of us.

I bought this several weeks ago, washed all of the bowls and utensils and just stored it due to being out of town. I used it for the first day today and in the middle of my mixing it just stopped working. I tried a different outlet but that did not help. Not sure what happened but my previous Kitchen Aid that I had for almost 10 years never had an issue. Glad I bought the extended warranty.

This is not the reliable stand mixer that earned the reputation of being the best. I bought one to replace the mixer that worked like a mule for the last 13 years because it was getting a bit tired. I brought it home, set it up, tested it, and all seemed well. I put my butter and sugar in it to cream for cookie dough, turned it on, it spun twice and the motor burned out...dead. Did some research and found out that Kitchenaid discontinued the 1.3 horse powerful mechanics in 2024 and replaced it with a weak 500 watt AC motor with plastic parts. Im returning the new one and sending my old one in for refurbishment. You can only get the good model refurbished. Im buying a spare refurbished unit because I use this tool every single day. So disappointed with Kitchenaid. I feel completely betrayed.

I have been wanting the larger mixer for years. I currently have the traditional Kitchenaid that I have been using for 5 plus years. It’s been running like a champ but I need the larger bowl size. My husband picked this one up for me and I was so excited to use it. Went to make a simple sugar cookie recipe and it cut off after about 5 minutes. I tried everything I could to get it to come back on to no avail. Went to Sam’s and exchanged it for another one. The lady at the counter told me this was the 7th or 8th one that week that was returned. I decided to grab another one anyway and give it a try. The exact same thing happened again with the new one. Now I have a pretty large and heavy paper weight on my counter while I lug the thing back to Sam’s and just get my money back or call Kitchenaid to see what they are going to do. I’m so sad and disappointed.
